Identifying the strengths of the executive will assist them in maximizing their talents. The alignment of the individual’s strengths to their current role will be analyzed by the coach and the executive. In addition to their current role, we will analyze other potential roles that fit their strengths. Executives will also be coached in the art and science of setting direction, aligning resources and motivating people.
Optimizing executive’s potential to achieve their potential is critical to the success of the organization and creating a competitive advantage. Development plans will jointly be developed. Expectation meetings with the executive and their supervisor will also be conducted. If appropriate, 360 degree feedback surveys will be utilized to garner a more comprehensive view of the individual.
