Strengths-based Strategic Planning

Developing a strategic plan is of utmost importance to the success of every business, division or department. Utilizing the knowledge of the team members is critical to the organization.  Understanding one’s customer is one critical component of the plan.  A second component being the understanding of competitors and the threats associated with their strategies.  The third component is to capitalize on the strengths of the organization. After understanding these three components, strategies are developed to optimize the strengths of the organization.
